For the ATI XMAX event held at the stunning Glass Cathedral in Venice, we managed the entire organization, from logistics to live production, ensuring a precise and well-coordinated workflow.
The logistics management covered all stages of transporting equipment and technical material from Milan to Venice, including transport planning, scheduling, and coordination of the on-site operational teams. This complex activity was made possible through a carefully structured process and continuous oversight of each setup phase.
Regarding the technical and production aspects, we handled the coordination of the artistic staff and the complete management of the live event. From supervising audio, video, and lighting systems to directing the performance moments, every element was seamlessly integrated to enhance the event’s content and ensure flawless execution.
