For the Ernst & Young corporate party, held at Villa Manzoni in Bresso, we oversaw the entire project, from event planning with the client to complete operational management.
We handled logistics, staff recruitment and coordination, staging design, and all audio, video, and lighting.
Outside the villa, we created architectural lighting and set up two bar stations, integrated into the decor to ensure functionality and visual consistency. The catering service was managed directly by our in-house team, including welcome drinks, a served dinner, and dessert, seamlessly coordinated with the evening’s program. Inside, two rooms were set up with lighting effects designed for the different phases of the event. The program concluded with a DJ set, supported by technical direction.
