For this event, held at the Sala Madrid of the Hotel NOW in Milan, we managed the entire live production, overseeing all audio and video operations through a well-coordinated control room. The technical setup was fully handled by our team, including the assembly and management of the LED wall.
To ensure that all participants could follow the meeting without difficulty, cameras and confidence monitors were installed mid-room, providing a smooth and professional experience.
We also managed the lighting design, implementing targeted lighting solutions to customize and enhance the room.
