For the EBRA Annual Conference, held on June 11–12, 2025 at the Starhotel Grand / Rosa Grand Milano, we managed the entire technical production and venue setup.
We oversaw all audio, video, and simultaneous interpretation services, ensuring precise coordination of every live moment during the conference, and also managing the live streaming of the event.
Regarding the setup, we customized every aspect of the space: the room was equipped with scenic coverings and design elements aligned with the venue and the EBRA brand identity. To complete the setup, we provided all necessary equipment — chairs, lounge seating, and the podium — managing the entire configuration and ensuring a fully functional and cohesive arrangement.
