For the Technics event at Spazio Illumi, we provided a comprehensive service, taking care of both catering and technical setup.
The food and beverage service covered the entire duration of the event, from the initial welcome drink to the served dinner, following a carefully planned organization to ensure continuity and coordination with the other scheduled activities. The experience was enhanced by a show cooking session with an open chef, who engaged guests in live preparation of the dishes, integrating entertainment and food.
Regarding the technical setup, we managed the design and installation of the audio, video, and lighting systems, as well as the production of the DJ set. The various technical components were coordinated with the client’s product presentations, ensuring timely and effective management of the various moments of the event.
Bridge acted as a single point of contact for logistics and technical aspects, ensuring integration between the services provided and the organization’s needs.
