For the 2i Rete Gas meeting at the W37 venue, we managed the entire event organization, from the design of the setup to live management, ensuring a precise and well-coordinated workflow.

We managed the audio distribution, ensuring clear and balanced sound, and for the video component, we installed a **LED wall**, coordinated live through a detailed video control. This coordination work allowed us to synchronize audio, video, and lighting throughout the event.
