Conceived, thought out, proposed, and executed: Bridge Events managed the event for the fifth anniversary of “Milano da scrocco,” a portal that helps people learn about and make the most of a great city like Milan. The idea was to celebrate fun by creating a country-style 'city of toys' filled with games, lightheartedness, and joy. A day-long festival with a setup entirely designed by Bridge Events. A complete package to transform an idea into a lived experience. We took care of both the scenography (set design) and the technical services. One day of setup and one day of event, with nine operators involved, including set designers and technicians. But what does it take to create an event like this? Energy, resourcefulness, and industry professionals. Technical Services: We were entirely responsible for the event video direction, managing the in-house LED wall and organizing a live stream on the client’s social media channels. The audio direction, also our responsibility, was supported by handheld wireless microphones for artists and bands. We also, of course, took care of the lighting with battery-powered PAR LED lights and Smartbat fixtures. Scenography (Set Design): The warehouse used as the location was transformed into a country fair where every detail was on theme. From sofas made with pallets to hundreds of meters of string lights and pennants. We created a Wheel of Fortune, a cotton candy machine, and a popcorn machine. All the scenography, colors, and style were conceived and executed by Bridge Events.
