The DJM-900NXS2 mixer features a professional-quality digital signal processor (96 kHz/64-bit) for a warmer, more natural sound with greater nuance. It’s a 4-channel mixer with 3-band EQ (–26 dB ~ +6 dB) and 3-band isolator (–∞ dB ~ +6 dB). The EQ curves and faders have been optimised and the FX controls have been improved to give you even more creative choice. Six professional-quality audio Color FX are available on all channels. A large X-Pad lets you activate 14 different types of Beat FX and adjust parameters with just one finger. A high-resolution OLED display instantly shows which FX are in use. You can connect your iPhone or iPad via USB to activate dedicated apps and a virtual version of the RMX-1000. A built-in USB sound card enables high-sampling processing of input and output at 96 kHz/24-bit, ensuring high-quality audio. Connect the unit to a laptop or computer via USB and the settings utility tool opens automatically, allowing you to configure the mixer, sound card, and audio routing to your preferences.
